I don't generally make New Year's resolutions. Mainly because I don't generally keep New Year's resolutions.
But this year? This year I'm still not making resolutions, but I am going to make changes.
I'm going to start running. I'm going to start biking.
I'm going to get in shape.
I'm not resolving to lose weight or inches (though, I'd like to do both). I'm hoping these will happen within the context of me running/biking. But, that's not my goal.
My goal is to get outside, get some exercise, and stay healthy.
What about you? Any resolutions/goals/changes for the new year?
My New Year's resolution (okay really not new years, how about life resolution) is for my Wii Fit to stop telling me I'm fat and it's disappointed I’ve gained 5lbs since the wedding. Bastard program... ;o)

ReplyDeleteThat's the problem, I know I’m not fat (out of shape and a little more round than I like to be, heck yah) but apparently my BMI is a titch too high for the Wii Fit. It thinks I should be a healthy 125... Okay, how about an anorexic 125? Once again, it's a bastard!

ReplyDeleteI would love to start running but didn't even put that on my list. I have never run before so I would be starting from scratch.
