I've been too sick to publish this until now. Please forgive me (again)!
Here are the answers to the tie-breaker:
I gave birth to all three of my children in the same hospital: TRUE; there is just the one hospital in my little town, and I never had any complications.
I had epsiotomies with all three of my children: FALSE; I had epsiotomies with Cinderella and the Little Prince, but Sleeping Beauty came so fast that I tore instead (TMI? Sorry!).
My mother and my mother-in-law were both present, in the room, at the births of all three of my children: TRUE; it wasn't necessarily supposed to be that way, but it was.
So, the winner (finally) is: Jennifer! Congrats!
This has been a lot of fun! Thanks for playing along, everyone!
Hope you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteAren't you brave - mother and mother in law at all births!! There must be a prize for this!!
ReplyDeletePaige: I am; thank you!
ReplyDeleteHit 40: She wasn't supposed to be there for the first one, but I caved. After that, it didn't really matter. I'm glad she was there, though; it just wasn't my original plan.
Why did I think you had just moved to your "small town" recently so that possibly at least your oldest was born elsewhere?
ReplyDeleteI didn't want my parents in the room at all when I was in labor, but they came in anyway. Thankfully they were not there when I actually gave birth. And my in-laws lived too far away. Hooray for that!
Also, tearing sucks, but I've heard episiotomies can be worse... your opinion since you've had both?
